Qualitative
EPR undertakes extensive qualitative research, both in stand-alone studies and also as a precursor to a quantitative stage. EPR senior staff moderate focus groups; we do not use external facilitators. Telephone recruitment is done by senior telephone interviewers from our office. Personal recruitment is mainly done by specialist members of the fieldforce.
Depth interviews are conducted by EPR executives and consultants. In addition we have a network of executive interviewers, most of whom have held senior positions in industry. A number have language skills including French, German, Italian, Polish, Czech and Hungarian.
