Sustainability is one of the key challenges that we face, as individuals, businesses and as a nation. Sustainable development requires that the three key elements – economics, social issues and the environment – are kept in balance.
Sustainability issues with which EPR has been involved in the last 2 years include:
- the need for heritage building
- reduction of carbon emissions and the concept of zero carbon homes
- the impact of economic migrants and refugees on UK society and their needs in terms of training and employment
